Welcome to Infoartix (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any content provided (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services

Infoartix provides digital marketing, video production, content creation, AI automation, CRM integration, and AI voice solutions tailored for businesses. The scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements, proposals, or invoices.

2. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information for project execution.

  • Make payments as per the agreed terms.

  • Respond to queries, approvals, or feedback requests promptly to avoid delays.

  • Respect project timelines and avoid scope creep unless agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in the currency and timeline stated in the invoice or agreement.

  • A non-refundable advance (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.

  • Late payments may result in a delay in services or additional late fees.

  • Work will be paused or terminated for overdue payments beyond 7 days.

4. Revisions & Approvals

  • Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the service contract or proposal.

  • Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately.

  • Client must approve or request changes within 3 business days to keep the timeline intact.

5. Project Timelines

  • Timelines are estimated and may be adjusted due to client delays or scope changes.

  • Infoartix is not liable for delays caused by third parties, client inaction, or unforeseen events.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All custom assets created for the client (once full payment is made) become the client’s intellectual property.

  • Infoartix retains the right to showcase work for portfolio, promotional, and case study purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any sensitive information without your written consent. Mutual NDAs can be signed upon request.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the client cancels the project after commencement, no refunds will be issued.

  • Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed proportionally.

  • Infoartix reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment or breach of terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infoartix will not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities due to use or misuse of our services.

  • Delays or performance issues caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Meta, Google, AI platforms) as part of our service delivery. Infoartix is not responsible for downtime, changes, or data loss caused by these platforms.

11. Modifications

Infoartix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be settled in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
